YOUTH MINISTRY
The Youth Ministry of Emmanuel Baptist Church glorifies God through the discipleship of our young people. After reaching them with the Gospel of Christ, we want to partner with parents to give them a solid biblical foundation. We provide opportunities for fellowship, encouragement, and accountability. We meet every Sunday during the Sunday School hour (9:30am) and Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the youth room, located in the basement. During our Wednesday evening program, we enjoy games, fellowship, and studying the Bible together.

What We're About
Our youth are challenged to serve others as Jesus has called us to. This is done in our church by helping our church members, as well as others in our community.

On Wednesday nights, we meet to enjoy fellowship together around some games and around God's word. We study the Bible so we can understand God's will for our lives as He has revealed it to us clearly on the pages of Scripture.

We are always calling our students to strive for greater maturity by following Christ and doing what Jesus desires and commands for His followers. In this way, we are learning to live the abundant life that Jesus came to give us. One that is characterized by service toward others and self sacrifice towards one another.

Meet the Youth Pastor
My desire is to help the next generation know and cherish Jesus Christ. He is our Savior, He is our Lord, and He is our example. We want to follow Him with hearts that are tuned to His heart, and to make the Gospel known.

I have been working in student ministry for the past 12 years, and consider it a gracious calling to be able to teach and counsel young students and help them make much of Jesus!
